Product prices are displayed next to the product itself and are valid for all forms of payment. All prices include VAT.
The customer can make the payment in the following ways:
– in cash at the shop upon personal collection at Dermoestetik Group, Ulica rijeke Dragonje 1, 52466 Novigrad, Croatia
– cash on delivery via the GLS courier service only for orders within the territory of the Republic of Croatia.
– by general money order or direct debit, after receiving the order, and during working hours, we send you an offer to your e-mail address on the basis of which you will pay at any bank, post office, FINA or internet banking.
– by credit or debit card payment
If a customer outside the Republic of Croatia pays with a credit or debit card through our online store, the system will automatically charge €5.00 for postage, in which case we will send you a link for additional payment after we calculate the amount of postage for your country.
If the customer chooses the option of personal collection at Dermoestetik instead of delivery, no delivery fee is charged. The deadline for picking up the ordered product is up to 10 working days.
Buyers outside the Republic of Croatia can only make payments via credit and debit cards.
Statement on protection of personal data transfer
Protection of personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council number 2016/679-Regulation and implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation. The following personal data of the customer are required for the execution of the Agreement (authorization and payment): Name and surname, E-mail, Telephone, Address, City, Postal code, Country, Type of card, Card number, Duration of the card, CVV code of the card.
WSPay does not process or use this personal data except for the purpose of executing the authorization contract and billing. WSPay guarantees the fulfillment of all conditions specified by the current regulations on the protection of personal data for the executors of personal data processing, and in particular the undertaking of all necessary technical, organizational and security measures, and this is especially confirmed by the PCI DSS L1 certificate.
