REGISTRATION AND CREATION OF A USER ACCOUNT

Registration or user account is created for one natural or legal person. By registering for Dermoestetik Online Shop services, the user receives the user account information (username and password). Registration in the Online Shop Dermoestetik is not mandatory, nor do Customers who open a User Account have additional shopping benefits compared to those Customers who do not have a User Account. The purpose of the user account is to keep records of desired items and personal data, which can then be entered more simply and quickly in the order itself. Opening a User Account is allowed to adults and minors, while ordering and shopping can only be done by adults and fully capable of doing business. Also, instead of minors, their legal representatives or guardians can conclude the purchase, and partially capable persons can conclude the contract only with the consent of their legal representative. Acting contrary to this condition excludes the company DERMOESTETIK GROUP d.o.o. from any legal liability. The user account is not transferable to other persons. The user account of legal entities can only be used by the responsible person specified as such during registration.
The following is expressly prohibited: the use or use of other people’s data and false representation on behalf of another legal or natural person; communicate registration or user account information to third parties; use someone else’s data for registration; in any way, using the Dermoestetik Online Shop to send or encourage the spread of unwanted electronic communications (so-called spam messages).
When filling out the registration form, users of the Online Shop Dermoestetik are obliged to provide accurate, valid and complete personal data, and to update the same if there is a change. For violation of the Terms and Conditions from this chapter, DERMOESTETIK GROUP d.o.o. reserves the right, at its discretion, to deny registration or terminate the user’s account, without the obligation to compensate the user for any cost or damage. After successful registration, instructions for confirming registration and email will be sent to the user’s e-mail. The user is obliged to keep information about his security password and user account, and is fully responsible for all damage caused by unauthorized use of his user account.
If the user uses the Online Shop Dermoestetik as an unregistered user, he undertakes that all the information for concluding the Purchase Agreement is true and accepts all the above conditions.

LEGAL JURISDICTION

In the event of a legal dispute and/or the possibility of an out-of-court settlement of the dispute, the jurisdiction of the Croatian Court is agreed.
